No inspection lot when material have insepection setup

Hi Experts

I have a material have QM view and inspection setup

but it can still use migo to GR and no inspection lot generated.

Does it SAP standard behavior ?

Can we control if the QM View active , there is a must have a inspection lot?

Hi Jose,

If you have setup proper Insp. type (01-GR Insp. for purchase Order) in Material Master's QM view (Insp. setup) for that particular incoming materials then it is a SAP standard practice to generate Insp Lot origin type- 01 for that incoming materials.
