Error in execution report SMIGR_CREATE_DDL on ECC6 EHP7

Hi,

i'm on an SAP ECC6 EHP7 stack level 8 installation, and i'going to export this system (recently istalled with homogeneus system copy), for internal purposes.
As per homogeneus system copy documentation, i need to execute the SMIGR_CREATE_DDL report, but i'm facing the following error (with short dump associated).

AS Platform: Windows 2012 R2

DB Platform: SUSE Linux SLES11

I've already gone through sap note

1975065 - Termination in XRPA RS_TCO_ACTIVATION_XPRA in non-SAP-BW systems

but it seems is not applicable to my system which is:

SAP_BASIS 740 pl 10

SAP_ABA 740 pl 10

SAP_BW 740 pl 10

SAP_GWFND 740 pl 12

SAP Kernel -> 742_REL pl 200
SAPGUI used: 740 pl 5 - 730 pl 10

What happened?

	The current application program has detected a situation that should
	not occur. A termination with short dump has therefore been triggered
	by the key word MESSAGE (type X).

What can you do?

Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

	To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
	administrator.

	Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
	at and manage termination messages, and you can also
	keep them for a long time.

Please, help me solving this locking situation.
