Simple way to transport GL master data?

Hi,

Does anyone know of a simple way to transport GL account master ? I only have a few records to be brought forward from Dev-QA-PRD.

I think it is too much effort to use LSMW to transfer/transport a few GL account master to different servers and clients. I may create them manually but I am looking for a method to do it more efficiently.

BD18 might work for me. However, I got an error as below.

"No recipient found for message type GLMAST in the ALE model"

I think I need to run through the pre-requisites.

I used these programs quite often in the past.

There is a way it can be done using IDOC as well

You could use transaction BD18 if you use PI to transfer between clients. The other way is a LSMW create an Import so can just import into client can then do going forward after set up. The other option is program RFBISA00 you can import from a File not sure the structure though. BD18 is easiest

Hi Annie,

You can not transport GL Master Data between systems, but you can download/upload.

Option 1: try FS15 , FS16 to do this

Option 2: If they are only a few accounts create them manually.

Option 3: Download info from tables SKA1, SKB1, SKAT and create an LSMW
