Hi Sofie,

There are very limited Aggregates in Business Content. In my 7.4 system with BI_CONT release 7.57 SP06 I see approx. 65 Aggregates for Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Quality Mangement and Technical Content. You can identify the respective InfoCube in the description.

Here are the tables where Aggregates' metadata are stored:

RSDDAGGRDIR - Directory of Aggregates

RSDDAGGRCOMP - Description of Aggregates

RSDDAGGRT - Text on Aggregates

RSDDAGGLT - Directory of the aggregates, texts

E.g. in table RSDDAGGRDIR you can find all Aggregates with Object Version 'D' (i.e. Business Content) and see to which InfoCube they are attached.

However, I agree with Frédéric's remark. Normally you will define Aggregates yourself based on actual performance needs and probably guided by BW Statistics.

Best regards,
Sander

Hi Sofie,

As far as I know, there is no aggregates in the BW business content. Probably due to the fact that aggregates are too dependant on the queries used which are too customer specific.

Where do you see these aggregates ?
