Precalculation installation issue /need BEx 7.10

Hi Colleagues,

I am facing installation issue while installation precalculation fep 910

I am able to install GUI/SAP logon and BEx fep 910 successfully.

MY VM details:

O.S:  Windows 7 (64 BIT)

Office :2007

Error Description:

BE 7.10 must be installed first

Olderversion of sap precalculation must be uninstalled first.

But i checked  in my system i dont have any content related to BEx 7.10 and i dont have precalculation too.

But while installing i am facing this issue.

can anyone help me here!

Hi Shiva,

Have you tried login to Bex. Verify the connection between backend and bex.

Create a Bex query -> save -> Use broadcaster once.

Create a workbook in your system -> Save -> Try creating broadcaster setting once. Normally precalculation server steps prior by these activities.

It may help you to identify the problems and you can resolve this issue.

Take support from BASIS team or installation guys if you get unknown errors.
