how to Extract Users list from BO Server

Our project landscape is BW-BO and environment info is (BW 7.4  BO 4.1 SP3)

We have a requirement to pull list of all BO Users who have access to one of the Public folders

I gave a try with VB Script which I got through google search but unable to move ahead as its giving error(Unable to find CMS Server at 6400 Port)

could you please share a better mode/an alternate method

You can run relationship query in CMC and extract the user information. But there is no direct way of exporting the user list to excel.
