Poll-interval locked in PI communication channel

Hi Friends,

We are getting "Poll-interval locked by Uxxxxx" in PI communication channel.

We are getting this issue for only one channel i.e SFTP adapter channel.

Kindly let us know the inputs to fix this issue.

Hi Mahesh,

I am facing the same issue after changing fingerprint. This issue happening for one interface.

Error: Poll-interval locked by UXXXXXXXX................65849250

I have tried the below option.

1.Start and stop the channel.

2.Increased the timed out parameters.

3.Copy and recreated the new channel.

Check in Visual Admin if the Adapter has gotten locked.
