SOST error no 851

Hi Team,

am not able sending emails from SOST am getting below error, even in SCOT I put the address as *.

When processing the message in the SAP system, it was determined that the receiver address s invalid. The message was not sent to this recipient

Kindly help this error !

yes, I used correct email id and even its working fine in other systems.

I'd still like you to check the recipient address again as per below screenshot (Recipient column) and ensure it's valid. The error number in your case i.e. 851 points towards it.

Please check if below settings are fine as well in your system.

the settings are same am using which you have mentioned screen shot.

and system is SAP NetWeaver 7.3 its BW system

Same setting which am using in R3 systems is working fine.

Hello:

Please try below:

1. Is the issue happenning to 1 user only or all the users?

     Try sending a test e-mail from SCOT -> Utilities->Send Test e-mail to anther user ID and check      the results

2. Enable the trace from SCOT-> Utilities -> Trace Settings -> OUtbound -> ON. Send the test e-mail again. Check the traces using SCOT-> Utilities -> Trace Selection -> Put the time period. Check the results and let us know.
