I have one query related to External Refurbishment.
There are Two cases possible in external Refurbishments that is
1. External service Procurement In this case we can ask some some service provider to come in our premises and do service of our equipment, In this case there is no Goods Movement outside of factory. Use PM03 and Work Order generate PR which later convert to PO and with the help of Service Entry sheet ML81N we book services.and with reference to PO service Provider raise Invoice and make payment to service Provider.Kindly confirm Is This process is correct
Or there may be chances that we need to send the Equipment outside factory premises for some kind of service if this is the case then what should be the constrol key and process steps
2 Goods Movement for External Refurbishment outside of factory This i belive is a case of Sub Contract, Do we need to use PM02 Control key.I want to book the cost of this sub-contracting to my this work order. But I am unable to get subContracting PR and neither sub contracting indicator in work Order.
How can i get the subcontracting PR or sub contracting indicator in work Order.
