Selection profile status in COOIS

Hi PP experts,

I want to download all open production orders which are CRTD or REL but not DLV or not DLFL or not TECO in COOIS.

So I create a new selection profile status in t-code BS42 like below snapshot, is it correct?

Hi Steve,

Just put

       CRTD

or    REL

and  DLV (select "not" indicator),

and  DLFL (select "not" indicator)

and  TECO (select "not" indicator).

Once done just select and execute in test environment.

For example, if one production order status is REL, DLV, TECO.

Can I get this order according your advise? Because there is no DLFL for this order.

Hi,

As soon as you put TECO, REL is inactive. Either it is DLV & REL or DLV & TECO. Now you are mixing the stuff. First you wanted CRTD & REL only.

I would recommend you to create couple of these profiles and check the results for better understanding. I don't think it will even take time to execute in test environment. Not sure what is holding you for the same.

Hi Steve,

The moment you set it to TECO the order will will not be appear in COOIS (considering solution in discussion) even though there is no DLFL flag.
