Dear SAP Experts,
Some times our production planner team forget to insert an operation called "QA inspection" within the routing.
When we notice, it is already late; and sometimes the production order has been created (CO01 transaction) , or is in subsequent stage.
It is there a SAP standard procedure, functionality or enhancement to avoid this?
Thanks in advance for your help
Best Regards
Fernando,
Try with below user exit PPCO0019 Checks for changes to order operations

Hello,
If it is possible create reference operation set to create the Routing, where we can include " QA inspection" as a operation.Other operations user can modify or create at the time of routing creation.
