Text display at filter in AO

Hello

We have implemented AO (1.4 SP10) level filter with option to display with key and text, but when we try to select at filter level it only displays key and not text

We read through SCN link but wanted to confirm does it still holds true for all versions (including latest 2.1)

And if its not supported then we would like to know the reason.

Do you mean filter by key and text like this? 

It seems to work in 2.1

For SP10, there was a hot fix; did you apply that?

Oh! thank you so much Tammy, I havent applied any hotfix. This is what I am looking for , its only showing key and not text at filter.

Will it be possible for more info from where I can get this hotfix.

I looked in SMP also , but no information

Should be under support packages at support.sap.com/swdc - or go up to the latest SP13 (or higher)

Tammy thank you for the helpful indicator.

I looked for almost all read me for patch 10 and 13 and also this SAP note 2113522 but even this doesn't tell me exactly which patch to go.

I am planning to go to 10 first and then 13, but before that though should take your expert advise if you could tell me is it 10 or 13 in which this has been fixed.

I would go to the highest patch available - 13 if it is the latest
