Is there a way to see the source code for the demo apps, in SAPUI5 SDK - Demo Kit ?

downoload openui5 sdk ( OpenUI5 - Download ), extract and all the demo files are in test-resources folder

how to import the particular demo project into eclipse? Is it possible?

Get the particular zip file to be of demo project. Create a project and import that project. See this link for ref: Help - Eclipse Platform
