How to customize the desktop navigation ticket and tablet navigation ticket under the work center view "Service" for C4C?
Under Service, there are two views named Tickets. One is for tablet and the other one is for desktop.
How to configure in the system.
Hi there,
Assign the Tickets view (SEOD_TICKETMD_SADL_WCVIEW) to all service users or roles. The two technical "Navigation" views will be added automatically. They make sure that the navigation works properly both on desktop and mobile. That's it, simply don't remove them.
