Cannot reach the URL (HTTP Code 400: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED)

Hi Experts,

I am preparing the basic configuration of solution manager Dev system when we are trying to configure web dispatcher error is occurring and I can able to set the L2 connection but L3(HTTP),L1(J2EE) connections are not working L2 ICM connection is OK. can any one please advise on this issue.

In smicm I can see that is in green.

Please advise on this.

Hi Kiran

     Please, go to SMICM logs. Goto Menu -> Parameters -> Display. Search "Error" Word in the option.
That you will able to check any error with HTTP calls.

I did the same thing what you have specified but I did not find any error message. the status it shows green.
