NWDI is not connecting with NWDS

Hello All,

We are facing weird issue while login NWDI from NWDS .We used to access NWDI via sld .

Now issue is , when I try to import configuration from sld , NWDS ask to login sld , here I am able to login successfully. Now after logged in , NWDS show all available tracks , when I select any track and click finish , NWDS again ask to login NWDI and DTR , here I am able to login DTR url but not in NWDI. Both url are same except DTR at end in DTR url. Also I tried login with same url and credential in browser and able to login successfully. I am attaching screenshot what exactly I am seeing . Kindly let me know anything else needed from my side. Thanks in advance.

Hello Mayank,

Have you tried to reset the password cache in NWDS? If not, please do.

NWDS -> Window -> Preferences -> General -> Security -> Secure Storage -> 'Password' tab -> 'Clear Passwords' button.

Hello Mayank,

In this case please also delete the Secure Storage Content cache here:

NWDS -> Window -> Preferences -> General -> Security -> Secure Storage -> 'Contents' tab -> click on 'Default Secure Storage' -> Delete

Then restart your NWDS and enter the credentials when prompted.

Hi Mayank,

Please follow the below steps:

1. Close your NWDS.

2. Delete .log file present in .metadata folder where your NWDS is installed.

3. Restart NWDS.

4. As the first action try connecting to the track again.

This should resolve your issue.

Thanks for your reply , I tried deleting .log file but still it is giving me same screen. Dtr is logged in but second link i.e. nwdi is not. Thanks
