NWBC Error "A Plug-in is not responding. Possibly the plug-in is deactivated or not installed"

Hi Friends,

While working with NWBC, We are getting an error "A Plug-in is not responding. Possibly the plug-in is deactivated or not installed"

Any idea how to resolve this?
