Explorer Missing after promoting unv

I'm new to the Explorer tool.  After promoting the unv, the Explorer Workspace isn't appearing when attempting to do an Indexing under Managing Workspaces.

Any thoughts or thoughts what I could have missed?  Thanks.

Jayson,

     How did you promote the Universe ?

• Did you delete the Universe and re-upload ?
  • You will need to re-create Explorer workspace
• Did the CUID for the Universe stay the same?
  • Any security change to Universe / Public Folder?
• Did you upload the Universe to different location ?
  • You will need to re-create Explorer workspace
• What was the workflow for your Universe Promote process ?

Thanks Ajay.  I discovered the destination folder was still set to my 'Favourites' folder.  I needed to repoint it to e public one and voila.
