Lodging and halting allownace

Dear Techies ,

I want system to be Calculate lodging and halting allowance while creating expenses ,  please suggest configuration steps for same.

1)Halting allowance :

Halting Allowance	Major 'A" Class Cities	Other places
Dy.CEO/EVP	1500	1200
8A	1200	1000
7A & 6A	1000	850
5A	800	700
4A & 5B	800	700
4 B	800	700

• Major ‘A’ Class Cities are Metro Cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai
• 8A 7A these are created as employee groups.

2) Lodging allowance:

Grade	Major 'A'  Class  Cities	Other Places
CEO/ Band 9A & 8A	12500	9500
Band 7A & 6A	9000	6000
Band 5A	7000	4500
Band 5B & 4A	5500	3500
Band 4B	4500	3000

• Major ‘A’ Class Cities are Metro Cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai
