Assignment block General details missing in Campaign

Hi Folks,

I created new business roles and assigned to new test users in my system.

When I create a campaign,general details assignment block is missing for these business roles.

For existing business roles/users  its working fine.

General details assignment block is not available in personalize option of available blocks.

Pls suggest

Hello,

it seems as if the authorizations listed in the following note are missing for the specific users:

1472775 - Missing campaign assignment blocks

Please check the authorizations accordingly.

Hi Jaya,

Just to add a point to what Johannes said, I would suggest below 2 points.

1. Copy all the authorization roles of  existing users paste them to new users.

2. Check whether PFCG role is different between existing & new users. If yes, then maintain similar PFCG roles to new users also.
