CRM interfacing with handheld devices

Dear Gurus,

Please note that I need to get some documentation on CRM interfacing with handheld devices.

Please can someone suggest me some books or documents for the same since I am absolutely new in this area and have been assigned in a project where the salesman will book the order through his handheld and the same will flow into CRM.

Can someone please provide some help.

SAP has more than one technology for handheld devices,

it depends on many factors. Few are

1 ) Which handheld device that you are talking about. Do you intent to support other devices  ?

2)  what other factor that your solution need like offline capabilities

3) Do you need cloud or onpremise solution etc ?

To start with you can read about SAP Fiori, HCP etc courses in OpenSAP(openSAP | Enterprise MOOCs: Learn anywhere, anytime and on any device!

These courses will give you basic idea of what to build and how to build.
