Dear Experts,

In EHP5 to EHP7 upgrade error in  Road Map 5.3 CONFIGURATION "RFCDEST_CREATE_O2S" aborted with severe errors

Shadow instance is created but its  DISPATCHER is down

"check2: OCIStmtExecute() failed with -1=OCI_ERROR--- SQL error 942 "  in dev_w0.

Please find the Dev_w0 and PhaseLog attached.
