You can use ER contribution grouping for that purpose. The ER contribution grouping is a means of identifying a group of employees with common characteristics in order to determine contributions. The system sorts employees into employee contributions grouping during processing.

Personal management-> Benefits-> Plans-> Saving Plans-> ER contribution rules

If you can elaborate more on your requirement in detail as what these groups are, how they are identified in your system, how your client wants it to be set-up means on a plan level or use same plan yet have different contributions set-up for different groups, etc.
