Hi,
We are planning to upgrade CPS to the latest release but are a bit uncertain how to handle jobs during the downtime.
Let´s say we have an hour of downtime and a handful jobs that we normally run with a fifteen minute interval, can we use the presubmit option to have them scheduled in the back-end system right away (even though CPS is down), or am I forced to manually set up the jobs and schedule them in back-end during the downtime phase?
Any input is welcome.
Hi Jonas,
Presubmit will not help, the schedule information is stored in Redwood and not in SAP.
If its absolutely necessary to have the jobs running, then why not connect your QA redwood to production landscape during the downtime?
thanks
Nanda
