Merging of closed transactions

Hello *, I try to merge transactions (activities) containing different status (open, closed) but not all transactions are transferred from source to master record. I discovered that only transactions that are not yet closed were transferred as expected. What do I have to do to merge already closed transactions. Kind regards Thomas

Hi Thomas,

(1)Please check whether the transactions are older than 400 days.

If yes, please refer to the following KBA:

2127903 - business transactions cannot be merged if it is more than 400 days

(2)Please check whether the partner function in the transactions can be changed.

Business transactions can only be reassigned if the status allows this, i.e. the partner function still can be changed. e.g. for orders which already have been transferred to ERP, the business transactions cannot be reassigned.
