Hi Experts - how to change the status from "process" to "Expire" by action definition, does this needs the write the code to influence the status.

My scenario : Need to update the status of quotation to "quote expired" when the current date has passed the quotation end date. Can this be achieved by Action profile by adding a extra action definition in the existing action profile.

Kindly advise this is quiet urgent please.

Hi Vani

Yes, this can be achieve by using a Standard Action Profile configuration.

The Start condition will be where the current date > Quotation End Date.

The action itself will require custom code to apply the status change.
