Unable to edit editor template in ITSMOBILE visual editor

Hello,

I created an internet service in SE80 and created editor templates for the relevant screens for this service. After creating the editor template, I wish to edit them to make some screen-specific changes in terms of size and position of the screen elements.

However, any change I make on any of the editor template screen using the visual editor, is reverted immediately I navigate from it (without a notification or a warning to save changes). When I press the save button, the system gives me a message "Object unchanged", even though I change position/size of a screen element on the template. Thus, the changes to editor templates are not getting saved.

Could anyone please guide me as to what could be wrong/missing here?

I am able to generate HTML templates from these editor templates but unable to change the editor templates.

We are on a SAP NW 7.4 system.

Hello Priyank,

are you trying to modify the templates of ITSMOBILE service in SE80? This is the runtime service.

It should not be changed
.

Please clarify about the SAP_BASIS package level: SAPKB740xx ?

And the kernel version/patch level?
