SAP R3 not getting after S/4HANA installation

I am encountering error after HANA installation as SAP R3 not getting up.

As i've attached dev_w0 log details. Kindly help me to resolve this.

Hi Dheeraj,

did your ERP-System ever work after the HANA Installation? What were the steps you performed to get to this Situation?

I would suggest that you in parallel open an incident with SAP for this.
