S/4HANA integration with JAM

We're currently using Microsoft Yammer, but we're thinking of going to S/4HANA.   Can someone point me to some links that points to the advantages of JAM over Yammer with regards to S/4HANA integration?

SAP Jam already covers a wide variety of use case, for example through integrations with different solutions, and constantly adds more use cases. You might want to check the playlist with all SAP Jam videos:

And in addition there are open APIs that allow you to integrate with any other solution to build your own SAP Jam work pattern.
