BW IP: Bex variable is not displaying master data on F4 in input ready query

Hi,

  We are on BW 7.4. Bex variable is not displaying master data on F4 in input ready query. we have tried all the options at info object/infoprovider & query level pointing selection in the query to master data without success. Can you please help on this.

Because F4 has so many involved settings, it is not easy to confirm it in one part. Please see this KBA and confirm the result.

Hi Sudhakar,

Did you try selecting 'Filter Value Selections on Query Execution' to Values in 'Master Data' in the Extended settings of the charecteristics?

This worked for me.
