In Payroll Canada, WT XXXX is not appearing on T4 in Box 40

Hi,

I want WT 1347 - Vehicle Allowance to appear in Box 40 in T4.  I therefore configured it in cluster table VC_596A_F for T415 for F40.  When I processed the payroll.  I see this WT in TCRT,  but it is not appearing in T4.  May I request some one to throw some inputs on this, please.

What entries are in table views V_596I_A and V_T5K6I for Country Code 07, Sub-Application T415 and Cumulation WT F40 ?

We haven't yet configured our T4 form for 2015, usually waiting until after the Year-End Note (in early December), but all Model WTs that are already there have a start date of 01/01/2015.

Could you try correcting the validity date of that WT?

Hi Remi,

I used transaction code PYKT and copied all the WT's of 2014 for 2015.  Subsequently, I processed the payroll and executed the T4.  I still find the same issue.  WT 1347 still does not appear in Box 40 (F40).  The Value of other Benefit WT's appear in Box 40, but not WT 1347.

WT 1347 is maintained in Infotype 0014 and payout is done.  Further, in the payroll cluster, I see this WT in TRCT.  I still don't understand as to what could be the issue.

Did you try modifying the start date (to 01.01.2015) of your entries for sub-application T415 ?

The sub application T415 contains the below mentioned entries.  The start date is mentioned as 01/01/2015.

That's not what you had mentioned on Nov. 12.

Has modifying the Start Dates corrected your problem?

Thanks for your reply to my query.

I got the abaper to debug the T4 Form and found that the Form was not pulling the TCRT values for Pay Period 21.  I therefore deleted the entries in the node Configure WT's for Year End Reporting for T415.  Later, processed payroll retroactively from 1st Pay Period to 21st Pay Period for a person and executed transaction code PYKT to copy the WT's for 2015.  Further, I executed the transaction code PC00_M07_CCYR to generate the T4 and found that the WT for Vehicle Allowance is appearing in Box 40.  Now my issue is resolved.
