Transaction launcher error - Transaction ICEXECUTE is unknown

Hello all,

I am trying to configure our first transaction launcher by following the document here http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-50223.  I am attempting to call a CRM transaction from the GUI and I've made the necessary adjustments in transaction CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS but when I click the link in the webui the logon pad is shown requiring another login and then the error 'Transaction ICEXECUTE is unknown' is displayed.  I have confirmed that the issue is not security related by execute tcode SU53 and also by going to the transaction directly.  I have also tried several variations of the ITS URL but only when the okcode is replaced with the tcode do I have any success.  Can you please provide me with any other solutions?

Hi Jeff,

Please try following:

1. Make sure you have implemented Note 1360904 in the system where the error message is displayed.

2. read note: 1139385 - Error message 00031 - Transaction ICEXECUTE is unknown

3.please check note 1021222 and correct the URL in following format: http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?~transaction=IC_LTXE&~okcode=ICEXECUTE

Note:

1. There is no space between "=" and "IC_LTXE".

2. It should be "ICEXECUTE" at the end of URL.

3. Please make sure host and port is maintained correctly. Please check following link about how to set host and port:

Hi Jeff

I would suspect there is something still not quite correct in transaction: CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS. It's a bit hard to determine without more information.

There's loads of really good documentation on this subject.

Take a look, I'm hoping it will guide you to your solution.
