How to remove Sold-to Partner function from a Sold-to customer master.

Customer master 11022 was a ship-to that listed 11021 as a sold-to in the partner function. I tried to upgrade 11022 from a ship-to account to a sold-to. It didn't give me an error or message to remove the 11021 partner function. Now that 11022 is a sold-to it still has 11021 as the partner function sold-to and it's not allowing order entry. Can 11022 be downgraded back to a ship-to so the partner functions can be removed?  How can remove partner function 11021 from the Sold to 11022?

Hi David,

This needs a small setting in your configuration.

Please follow the below path:

SPRO --> Sales and distribution --> Basic Functions --> Partner Determination --> Set Up Partner Determination --> Set Up Partner Determination for Customer Master.

Select your Partner Determination procedure.

double click on Partner functions.

Select the Partner function SP and ensure that the tick mark for Unique is ticked.

Save.

Now, when you check in your Customer master record, you won't be able to add another Sold-to-Party when one is present.
