cross app navigation for FLP on portal

Our portal is on 7.4 SP10.

I am trying to do cross app navigation, all the example googled are for flp in abap/hcp.

I want to know if the cross app navigation is supported for FLP on portal.

it will be great if you share some link for this topic.
