Listing up Transaction types

Hello,

I'm making Provider Order to use for telecommunication industry.

I log on to SAP CRM Web UI and create - Provider Order. Then a box pop-up ( the system shows this box to make me choose one of Provider Order transaction types )

So i copied PRVO( standard Provider Order ) transaction type as ZPRO.

But when i tried to make Provider Order by using ZPRO it didn't listed up on the box.

what's gonna be wrong with it ? which setting did i missed ?

Please check following KBAs which includes screenshots in detail which will guide you to make
sure the transaction type you requested will be shown in popup.

Greetings Seunghyeok,

There are three possibilities in my mind:

1 - First, please make sure your new transaction type is not blocked in transaction type customizing.

2- You can try putting the entry "GUI-Channel" here in the following customizing:

3 - Last, you can check "Define Generic Outbound Plug Mappings" and make sure your object type is maintained properly for your business role.
