ABAP: MAIN_SHDRUN_/DDIC_UPG running from long time

Performing EHP upgrade from ECC EHP6 to ECC EHP7, SQL 2012 DB. At preprocessing phase step ABAP: MAIN_SHDRUN_/DDIC_UPG running long from long time.

Generating repeated CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND dumps. SUM/ABAP/log not updating from long time. No error reported and still running.

The function module "TH_GET_PARAMETER" is called, but cannot be found in the library.

Table TWPSSO2ACL does not exist in the database with ID

Hello Basis Kap,

please provide the last lines of SAPupConsole.log.

You mentioned no updates are taking place on the /log files, so please take a look at the /tmp directory.

Also, what is your OS and DB versions? In case you're running Windows Server on Oracle 11.2.0.3, please check the the issue described in note #1738989 is not taking place.
