Payroll Journal  Total entries are doubling when we run Payroll journal after a  Bonus run ,if payroll Journal is run prior to the Bonus run the totals are not doubling and are correct

Using the standard Payroll Journal Totals form : UJS1

Is anyone facing the same issue's and what could be the reason, looked for OSS Note couldn't find one ..

Try to check "only display last results" box under additional data section.

If this field is flagged, only the last payroll result in the selected period is displayed for each personnel number.

If the field is not flagged, all the payroll results in the period specified are printed.

hi Steve,

If I check the "only display last result" it will only show me the last results and the total for the whole year which would not be doubled, but I want to see the entire year check dates and totals at the bottom , the total should not double up .. I am opening a message with SAP

Are the Amounts also doubled in the employee's Results Table (RT) or just in the Journal?

The Amounts are doubled just in the Journal not in the RT or the CRT
