Hello All,
Currently, In my call list time zone after uploading the call list shows my time zone i would like to see the account's time zone. Is there a way to fix this issue and bring my account's Time zone Or lets say how do I manage what I see in my call list after it is uploaded and it appears on my WEBUI?
Any hint will be a great help.

Ok, I figured out few things and If someone thinks it is incorrect do post it here.
Since the date profile is configured in call list the time zone showed is my time zone to control when representatives can start working on call and when they finish but it still does not solve my problem because I want to get customer's time zone in the list and their phone number in reduced version of call list.
Any help.
