My Requirement is when user tries to upload a document through my application, it should be first validated to have a digital signature. So I need any method through which I can validate the same.

Hi,

As my understanding there is no stadatrd way to validate digital sign document during upload.

Can you please clarify (when user tries to upload a document through my application) Do you mean you are attaching documents from other application and storing in DMS, If so you must require a validation in 3rd party application.Then upload to SAP throgjht standard BAPI.

Here in SAP you can control users with auth object for upload.

Hi ,

GOTO cv03n select the status log button which is appears in the top of the page, and there u can see the users /approvers select the field and press the digital signature button in the top.

there you can verify the details.. Hope this help u .
