Hi Experts,
I have a requirement of recalling a sent mail from CRM agent inbox, like how we recall a sent mail from Microsoft outlook. Is it possible to replicate the same functionality in CRM Agent inbox. MOtive for this functionality is to recall any incorrect/wrong email sent to the users. Any pointers to achieve this requirement will be appreciated.

The only thing what I know is that it is not part of SAP Standard.
