401 Unauthorized Error in Portal

Hi! We have problem in Portal system, we unable to access to it.  Its not able to open the any link (Ex:http://hostname:port/nwa or any other.), any is terminated with this error:

The error message is displayed soon after opeining the URL, ex if we try opening the URL:http://hostname:port/nwa, the error message is displayed immediately after opeining the link in the browser, not reach the point of asking the password.

I cleared up the browser cache and restarted the SAP and the OS, but the error still exist.

In logs have any errores:

Hi ana! It is a new installation but it works well for two weeks until started this failure. All processes are OK.

So it worked fine for two weeks and it has "suddenly" stopped working...?

Where any changes made to the system? Like parameter changes, software updates, changes at the server / operating system level, ...

Yes, that's the problem, the logsdo not have any errors to help us. We believe the problem is with the SSO which was activated in some way, does anyone if we can deactivate this from the ConfigTool (because we cannt access to NWA)? Any way back to the defaults value SSO?
