Hello Veera,
Have you looked into 'workflow', 'local permissions', 'global permissions' functionality?
Thanks

Hi Veera,
Following up on Marc's response:
Please refer to the section 1.31. - Authorisations of the DM version 10.1 user guide and Section 4.9.4 of the Admin guide on Entity Administration.
Section 4.9.4.1 shows you how to add entities
In answer to your question of Content refresh - There is no automatic functionality for Content refresh.

Folu
Hello Veera,
The 'entity' concept can be used to restrict users to specific units (for example, if you use DM in a large corporation with different divisions)
Here is an example
1. You have 2 entities (unit1 and unit2)
2. You have a user (User1) who only has access to Unit2
3. Define a report, only for Unit1
4. For administrator (who has access to "all units") the report is visible
5. For User1, in the same period, the report does not show
