Hi All,
Please let me know how indexes for F4 input help on a master data info object can be created.
The status of F4 input help for a master data info object is fine (in green) but one of its attributes has the F4 status as red. Because of this we are not able to drill down on this attribute in the report.
We have tried creating BIA on the master data info object but to no avail.
Could you please help us how to resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Raisa
Hello Raisa
It should not be difficuet to carete F4 input help in BWA.
Call transaction RSDDB, select 'F4 Input Help' then enter an object name or click F4 help to select an Object at 'Master Data Index' field.
Are there any error messages in the job log or BWA trace files like TREXNameserver or TREXIndexServer? (see KBA 2068016, 2053196).
Can you create the index that has red status using RSDDTREX_SINGLE_TABLE_INDEX report (see note 1789310) ?
Kind Regards,
Natsuka Rastert

Hi Raisa
I would like to understand the issue in detail.
Where dou you check the status of the F4 help? You say 'The status of F4 input help for the attribute is still showing as red'.
Do you mean, when you display the index information of the F4 help in RSDDB -> enter Master Data Index -> Click Disiplay -> 'Index Info' tab, there is one table with red status, while other tables are green?
Or
Do you see RSDDB shows all green bug the index status in BWA (transaction TREXADMIN or python tool) and one of the table is showing red?
Are there any errors in the job log (click 'Logs' in RSDDB -> Initial Filling) or TREXIndexServer trace files?
Kind Regards,
Natsuka
