The SAP EPM does not show information in another laptop. When I place appear ID and Description proves to be alone ID two times and don´t show data.

The SAP EPM does not show information in another laptop. When I  place appear ID and Description proves to be alone ID two times and don´t show data. I try to entry user's options and to change the language, but it does not work.

Have you tried clearing the meta-data cache?
