I had a user log on to Easy DMS for the first time and he did not have authorization to create a folder which the system then created a document instead.
Now the user has authorization but with initial login and trying to create a private folder, they system is giving error that document already exist.
How do I correct this so the user can set a private folder during initial login.
The system is defaulting the users id as the document number which is already used with the incorrect login.
thanks.

Hi Rodney,
the easiest way to solve this would be to use transaction CV11 in the backend and then enter the previous created document info record. With transaction CV11 you can create a folder (BOM header) out of this document info record. Then the private folder should be displayed in EasyDMS correctly.
Best regards,
Christoph
