How to calculate late fee for each day fee is overdue

Hi,

Our client university levies late charges for each day fees is overdue. Ex:

Last date for fee submission:     10th Nov 2015

Student pays the fee on:            15th Nov 2015

Days overdue:                           15-10 = 5

Late fee:                                   Rs 5 per day for each day overdue = 5*5 = Rs 25/-

Is there a standard solution to cater to this requirement? Alternatively please let me know of any user exit that we can use during fee calculation to plug in a custom logic for calculation of this late fee.

Dear Jaideep,

You have to use a routine to include this logic. Assign that routine to condition type in pricing procedure.
