RE-FX:errror while creating AO land

Hi team

I am getting error below error while creating AO Land:

no. assignment was not defined on the top level of the hierarchy.

message no.REBDAO047

Could you please suggest missing config path.

Hi Shantanu,

you need to follow the same AO hierarchy to assign to usage hierarchy. The assignment also need to follow the same hierarchy.

for example, AO (BE) = usage BE, followed by AO (PR)= usage PR.

if you have not assigned AO at BE level, you will get this error at lower level of master data while assigning AO.

Hi Amare,

I have configured new land hierarchy under existing AO-Property.

AO Site(existing)

AO -Property(existing)

AO-land(new)

AO-Part of land(New)

AO-land portion(new)

therefore while creating AO land (new ) I am facing this error.

AO is already assigned to BE.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Shantanu,

There is an option of complete assignment and partial assignment. You can not assign one AO to two usage object. In case this is the case, you have to use the partial assignment.

I am sure, you know where is the partial or complete assignment.
