Billing document not getting attached to Service Order in Transaction history Web UI

Hi Team,

There is a scenario when a Service Order is partially released, a billing document gets created. Then, the Service Order is attached to the Billing document but the Billing document is not attached to the Service Order. (i.e. Billing document number is not seen in the transaction history of Service Order). This is happening only in some cases and it is not replicable in the quality system. Just to add, those Service Order items which were released, their status is "For billing" instead of "Fully Billed".

Would suggest you to review if the following SAP Notes 2231611, 1403406 are valid for your release or not.

Hi Anup,

Thanks for the OSS, but here the OSS tells about the doc flow for Billing document. The actual problem lies with the Service Order which does not show the link to the billing document(i.e. Transaction history of Service Order does not contain Billing document number)
