Dear ALL,
What is the full form for :MIGO and MIRO
Advaced thanks,
Pratap.
Hello Pratap,
Personally, I have not seen this kind of any information from SAP documentation. These name are transaction code made by logical character. In most of the case, first character stands for the area, second character for subarea. also as SAP is originated with Germany, they have used words mostly from German Launguage.
MIGO --> M (Material Management) I (Inventory movement) GO (????)
MIRO --> M (Material Management) I (Invoice Verification) RO (????)
MM01 --> M (Material Management) M (Master data) 01 (creation mode)
MM02 --> M (Material Management) M (Master data) 02 (change mode)
Hope this helps.
Regards
Arif Mansuri

Hi Arif,
thanks for that.
By the way you have a small but important typo on your answer.
MIRO is "Invoice verification" and not "Inventory movement"
Probably just a cut a paste error, I know that you would not make this mistake with the fantastic SAP experience you have demonstrated on hundreds of great answers.
