Sales orders not updated as commitment

Hey,

We have created a sales order (VA01), which was blocked, because it didn't pass the limit check. After releasing this order and running UKM_COMMITMENTS, UKM_RVKRED77 and UKM_TRANSFER_ITEMS we expected that the business partner commitment type 100 would have been updated, but this did not happen. When analysing the log of UKM_RVKRED77 it is possible to check that the program is not considering the sales order created.

I am quite new to Credit Management so maybe I am missing a step. Do you see any reason on why this sales order is not being transferred? I have tried to create other sales orders for this BP and none of them is being transferred.

This issue is now solved. It started being automatically updated without any change in configuration or any action from us. There must have been a temporary problem with the connections of the diferent systems.
